  • Location: Manhattan
  • Type: Office Space Rental

The Center for Economic and Social Rights (CESR) is a small human rights organization with a mission to harness the power of human rights to inspire fairer and more sustainable economies. We have, since 2020, transitioned into a global team, working virtually. We currently have a lovely private office available in our suite on the 7th floor of 86 Chambers Street, New York, near City Hall. We are subleasing this space which is approximately 2281 square feet. The space comes with new furniture and has a small waiting area, conference room, printing area and kitchen. The office space has approximately 10-12 work stations including individual office spaces.   The building is a well-maintained, full-service building, well ventilated and has lots of sunlight. It is accessible 24/7 with front desk security. Ideal for a small non-profit organization. The office is conveniently located near all major subway lines.   We are offering a 25% discount on the rental. Rent will be $8000 per month and includes electricity, property tax and wi-fi. A security deposit will be requested at the time of the rental agreement.   The space is available for rent immediately. This is a nine month lease ending August 31, 2023. Please note: your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in order to rent this space.
