Established Upper West Side Arts Organization is exploring the option of sharing its charming office space with like-minded non-profit in a half-on/half-off rotation in office. Wifi/Phone and utilities are included in monthly price. Printer/scanner, refrigerator, coffee maker, and bathroom available. Space is currently used M - F by two office employees, who would work with sub-tenants to find an equitable division of office time! Near 1, 2, 3, C lines, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Westside Market, etc. Organization is likewise open to exploration of/sharing other spaces.
