On May 22nd, Nonprofit New York will bring together nearly 200 nonprofit professionals at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Members, one of the largest regional gatherings for New York's nonprofit community. Our members will elect new board members and hear from panelists on nonprofit workforce trends and challenges.

Nonprofit New York's 2024 Annual Meeting panel discussion will focus on the importance of supporting the nonprofit workforce. Panelists will discuss current challenges, trends, and opportunities for ensuring nonprofit workers have a livable wage, benefits, retirement, and opportunities for advancement and leadership in the sector. We will discuss recent research on the needs of nonprofit workers, initiatives on defining the true cost of living in New York City, and workforce shortages, and we will celebrate workforce wins.
