Our 2021 Compensation Survey is Open! Take the Survey and Get the Final Report FREE
Last year, Nonprofit New York proudly partnered with JDM Benefits to bring you a total compensation survey consisting of both salary and benefits for the first time. This year, sponsored by both JDM Benefits and Nonprofit HR, we are working in partnership to create this trusted resource for the New York City-based nonprofit community!
This survey will result in our 2021 Nonprofit Compensation Report. The more responses we get, the more comprehensive the report will be, so please help us by taking 15-40 minutes to complete the survey by July 5, 2021. Organizations based in the five boroughs of NYC, Westchester, and Long Island with at least one paid staff member are eligible to fill out the survey.
This survey will help us gauge the continued impact of the pandemic on the nonprofit workforce, as well as offering a detailed breakdown of trends in compensation in the nonprofit sector.
Individuals who fill out the survey on behalf of their organization will receive a FREE copy of the report - a $350 value!
