The 2020 Compensation Survey is Open!
Over the past several years, Nonprofit New York has been proud to offer our Salary Survey Reports as a trusted resource for the New York City-based nonprofit community. This year we are proud to partner with JDM Benefits to bring you a total compensation survey consisting of both salary and benefits for the first time. This survey will result in our 2020 Compensation Report. The more responses we get, the more comprehensive the report will be, so please help us by filling it out!
We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of our work, and in some cases it may have forced us to make staffing changes that we weren't planning. This survey will help us gauge the impact of the pandemic on the nonprofit workforce, as well as offering a detailed breakdown of trends in compensation in the nonprofit sector. Taking 30-60 minutes to complete the survey will go a long way towards helping the New York City-based nonprofit community assess what compensation packages are considered competitive.
Individuals who fill out the survey on behalf of their organization will receive a FREE copy of the report - a $350 value - this fall.
