It’s me again, your Membership Manager at Nonprofit New York (formerly NPCC). Back in April 2019 we sent a message to our members about changes to our D&O insurance offerings. This is to remind you, our members, of a couple things we need you to know and do next:
Your policy with Hiscox will be canceled this year!
Hiscox is no longer renewing the policies they hold for our members. You did nothing wrong! All that means is we are moving your policy from Hiscox to Philadelphia Indemnity Company. Next steps are outlined below.
Your broker has changed.
We changed our broker to Lamb Insurance Services. Alliant (formerly Crystal & Co.) is no longer your point of contact for Nonprofit New York’s Directors & Officers (D&O), General or Cyber Liability insurance.
Now you can get Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and General Liability (including General, Professional, and Abuse and Molestation coverage) in one place. You will now be able to see the full listing of insurance offerings from one vendor, which means you can pick and choose or bundle them all together!
What should you do now?

We need your organization’s name and policy expiration date in order to make sure you are renewed and that your policy isn’t canceled!
If you are already in the renewal process/have renewed with Alliant.
