We are a global NGO and non-for-profit currently looking to relocate our NY office from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Our headquarters are in San Francisco, but our NY office is currently an 8 person team looking for a private suite/office space to rent in/around the Financial District or in/around Midtown, ideally around Bryant Park/Grand Central/Times Square. We are happy to share communal spaces with other organizations. We try to keep our overhead as low as possible, and are therefore on a budget, so please do get in touch if you have a space available which may suit all/some of these criteria. Project by Project - New York Chapter (PbP-NY) is a national 501c3 organization with the vision of empowering the Asian American community. Year after year, we cultivate and develop young professionals into leaders through the work we do on behalf of our beneficiary partner organizations. Every year, Project by Project selects a non-profit partner based on a theme or issue that addresses current needs in the Asian American community. This year, PbP-NY is partnering with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine - to tackle issues concerning homelessness. The group meets on a bi-weekly basis and we are currently in need of a conference room space that will fit up to 20 people and is equipped with at least WiFi and screen projection capability. These meetings are dedicated to planning events, most notably our signature tasting event, Plate by Plate and creating action plans for our beneficiary partner. Energy Vision is a 501(c)(3) environmental group using research and analysis to promote technologies and strategies, viable today, to transition toward a sustainable energy and transportation future. We are currently focused on furthering the adoption of biomethane, an ultra-low emissions fuel for heavy vehicles that is made entirely from the biogases released by decomposing organic waste—a fuel that New York’s MTA has recently announced it will be using to fuel about 800 buses. A Free Bird is seeking an office space that is roughly 500 sq ft that can fit anywhere from 10-20 volunteers and interns at once.
