Established Upper West Side Arts Organization is exploring the option of sharing its charming office space with like-minded non-profit in a half-on/half-off rotation in office. Atlantic Avenue Business Improvement District
is seeking a co-tenant to occupy a private room within our office suite in the Brooklyn Heights section of Atlantic Avenue. The office suite is located on the second floor of a mixed-use building; the commercial portion of the building has its own entrance separate from the residential units. It is ADA compliant and has a generously-sized elevator. The co-tenant's monthly rent would be $800.
