Apply Online

Each organization must register to apply. The application portal allows you to begin your work, save it, and return to it at a later time. Responses to the application questions can also be written offline and then pasted into the online application. Responses are limited to 5,000 characters (including spaces) per question.

The Part One Application consists of a Readiness Assessment, application questions, a detailed cover sheet and checklist, and supplemental documentation.

START HERE: Download, review, and print the 2019 Application Information document prior to completing the application online.

REGISTER: Register and create your application in the application portal. Please note the Awards portal login appears to be similar to NPCC's login for the online hub The Community, but they are completely separate.

RETURN TO YOUR APPLICATION: If you already started an application, login here to return to the application portal. Please note the portal appears to be similar to NPCC's Community portal, but it is separate.

RETRIEVE YOUR PASSWORD: If you registered in 2018, please use your login from last year. Login here. If you don’t remember your password, it can be reset by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the login window.

DEADLINE TO APPLY: All materials must be received by Wednesday, April 24, 2019.

NOTE: Applicants must submit supporting documents by uploading them in the application portal. Applications missing required supporting documents will NOT be considered. Do NOT send brochures, books, videotapes, manuscripts or other unrequested materials. These will not be reviewed or returned.
