When your nonprofit is stronger, all of us are stronger. The Annual Conference is a one-off-its-kind opportunity for all of us to learn from - and aspire to - the best practices of exceptional nonprofits.

Nonprofit New York will bring together about 250 nonprofit professionals from all across the New York City area (and beyond!) to our 2022 Annual Conference. Nonprofit New York’s Annual Conference features candid conversations and interactive sessions with sector leaders and experts who will share innovative strategies, best practices, and invaluable insights on the emerging trends affecting nonprofits, including a focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA), hybrid work environment, employee retention, workforce shortages and hiring challenges, expanded union organizing campaigns, and more.
