YWCA White Plains and Central Westchester is networked with YWCA USA which serves over 2 million women, girls, and their families. YWCA USA’s mission is to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families and strengthen communities. YWCA has been at the forefront of the most pressing social movements for more than 160 years — from voting rights to civil rights, from affordable housing to pay equity, from violence prevention to health care reform.

The YWCA White Plains and Central Westchester is at a crucial point in its nearly century history and as the movement for racial justice deepens across the country.

The next CEO will be entering a dynamic environment surrounded by a community of passionate stakeholders from staff, Board of Directors, members, and community partners. The next leader will nurture a culture that is grounded in a shared vision, fosters collaboration across programs, pursues quality, supports equity and diversity, and engenders mutual respect.

The salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $200,000 and will be commensurate with experience along with a board-designated annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary.
