You must be a good writer, thorough with copy editing and earnest to learn more about the craft of grantsmanship. Please be knowledgeable about how to prospect and research institutional funders, how to approach them, cultivate and solicit them to secure grant funding. Show us how you tell a story in the grant and yet work in the technicalities required by the Common Application form. We work at a fast pace and manage three to four nonprofit accounts at a time.

7+ years of experience required. A graduate degree preferred. Superb phone skills and customer/client management skills are needed.  Be facile with WORD and Excel, and knowledgeable about budgets and budget narratives.

In addition to your resume, please send a list of your recent grant awards noting the amount of the awards, the name of the foundation and the purpose of the funding. Please send a sample letter of intent that you wrote to a Funder, plus a sample grant you’re proud of. 

You’d be joining an innovative senior level consulting team that enjoys working together and is driven by revenue results forour clients. You’d be exposed to many nonprofit missions both domestically and internationally. Have a five year view of the position. 

Compensation for this full time W2 position is $65k to $85K plus excellent health insurance. We also offer a company matched retirement plan after one year. Our on boarding process is thorough and nuanced and supportive.
