Job Description: 

Initiate Care is looking for a part-time Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our growing team of professionals. The FSR is responsible for the delivery of first-aid/safety supplies within the greater New York metro area and acts as our primary customer service contact. Potential for business development and growth if interested. 

We are looking for: 

• Part-time employee (25-35 hours per week). 
• Highly motivated, professional and detail oriented individual. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal & written. 
• Effective time management skills– must be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines, and expedite workload efficiently. 
• Must be able to walk for lengths of time and carry up to 40 lbs. 
• Must be computer literate / proficient using a laptop, tablet and smart phone. 
• Candidates with prior experience in restaurants & hospitality are a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Travel to customer locations within greater New York metro area to install, deliver and maintain first-aid/safety supplies. 
• Evaluate on-site usage of first-aid materials and restock client first-aid boxes. 
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Facilitate communication between Initiate Care Resources management and diverse client base. 
• Assistance with inventory management as needed. 
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
