  Interface with outside monitoring agencies including OPWDD, DOH and the NYS Justice Center   Chair for the organization’s Incident Review Committee (IRC).   Maintain OPWDD Investigator certification and conduct investigations, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· BA or BS in a Human Services field and minimum of three years’ experience in QA Functions

  Expert knowledge of OPWDD, NYS Justice Center and NYS DOH governing regulations and OPWDD IRMA Software and Justice Center WSIR software
