The office Manager coordiates and oversees administrative duties and ensures that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. She must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
The duties of the OM include: handling phones and mail; scheduling meetings and providing agenda and minutes to the committee; keeping track of all records; keeping the data base up to date and compiling a yearly Membership Directory. The office Manager will work directly with the Preident and will help Committee Chairmen.
Financially the Office Manager pays approved bills, deposits checks promptly; records all financial transactions in proper place; reconciles all bank statememnt and works with accountant on tax related matters
Requirements for the job include: a college degree, knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office and a Data Base Program. Most importantly she musth have strong written and verbal skills, be detailed oriented and anticipate the needs of the President and Board.
SALARY: $30 HOURLY
DAYS: Monday through Thursday 9:00 to 3:00
