We accomplish this by engaging youth in the visual arts, igniting the participation of their family network, and building enduring partnerships with their educational community. DAT has dynamic and effective arts education programs in 34 schools and alternative education sites throughout the five boroughs of NYC, and serves thousands of children and youth annually. Currently, DAT engages nine artists to conduct hands-on arts education programs.
